What we move
- Production machines and assembly lines
- Lifting machines by crane and forklift
- CNC machines, lathes and mills
- Compressors, generators and electrical cabinets
- Racking and warehouse systems
- Packaging equipment and conveyors
- Factory offices and server room
Our process
- 01Factory survey
We map every machine, weight, lifting point and connection, and check the new building's floor, openings and truck access.
- 02Phased plan
A sequence that keeps production running as long as possible, coordinated with electricians, technicians and crane contractors.
- 03Dismantling and loading
Labelled, documented disassembly, lifting by forklift or crane, and secure tie-down.
- 04Placement and reassembly
Placement per the new floor plan, mechanical reassembly and connection by technicians, then the next item.
How to minimise production downtime
The key is not to move everything in one day. Start with the warehouse, offices and less critical lines, and leave the main machines for a weekend or holiday. The plant keeps supplying customers almost to the last moment.
Moving a logistics warehouse
In a warehouse the challenge is volume. We work by locations: every pallet is labelled for its destination rack, so the new warehouse is organised from day one.
Common questions about factory relocation
How long does a factory relocation take?
A small plant can move in a few days. A large plant moves in phases over several weeks. The schedule is set during the initial survey.
Do you provide cranes and forklifts?
Yes. All the lifting equipment needed is coordinated as part of the project.
Who connects the machines at the other end?
We handle placement and mechanical reassembly. Electrical, air and control connections are made by your electricians and technicians or ones we coordinate.
How much does a factory relocation cost?
Price depends on the number and weight of machines, lifting equipment and distance. After a site survey we provide a detailed, phased quote.
